Very relaxing environment - lovely ambience - a great start to our holiday and just 2mins into the terminal - brilliant.
We ate at the 'open kitchen' restaurant and the food was really great - service good too.
We relaxed in the bar for drinks - excellent!
The room was spacious and very comfortable and I particularly love the Espa range of products - luxurious.
Fantastic stay and will definitely be staying again in the future.
Cannot think of a single thing!

Spaciousness, comfort & quiet atmosphere
ps: Your question on page 2 assumes I was a traveller . . not so . . . I use this hotel because it is an ideal meeting point with travellers passing through UK
All was good . . . a bit of delay at checkin as receptionist wandered off & left me dangling but not a serious issue.
