With an early flight the hotel was chosen for it’s excellent location. Being able to check in for our flight in the hotel and walk straight into Terminal 5 was a real benefit.
The beds on wheels! When my son sat up in bed resting on the headboard to watch TV the bed shot out across the floor and he fell down the back.

Our dinner was excellent.
We could have used a map to get from Registration to 2121...and an explanation as to how/where one must insert/hold key card to get it to act as designed
