They gave me a free glass of wine at the bar when my food order was delayed.
Only two small bottles of water in the mini bar and only one small bottle of body wash in the bathroom.

It was very conveniently located and has all the amenities one could need
It was very pricey and I didn't think those staying the night should have to pay for parking.

Convenient to tube into London, as well as to T5 terminal. Food and wine choices and quality were very good. I used the gymnasium which had a good range of equipment. Also used Spa and was very impressed with quality of staff.
None that I can think of. Sofitel T5 is a preferred hotel for me when flying in/out of T5.
