Its at Terminal 5, it was very comfortable and the young woman checking me in was kindness itself after a tiring overnight trip from San Francisco. I will stay there on my return journey.

Immediate and excellent attention
Only the brown robe in the bathroom...am used to white ones but that's a really fickle observation and not certainly something that would stop me staying there again. All was fine thank you
