Please inform future clients of the Hop Bus available. We went to Information at the airport and they told us ,the only way to Ibis Hotel was by private taxi at a fee of pst 29.oo A real Rip off !!! Tom Bot

THE HOTEL WAS PERFECT FOR OUR OVERNIGHT STAY WHILE AWAITING A FLIGHT TO DUBAI FROM LHR. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL GLADLY.

All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Dinner taken in the hotel restaurant was well priced and well cooked. We had a comfortable nights sleep and easy checkout to catch the hotel hoppa to the airport.

Very little! Bed was reasonably comfortable.
No WiFi in rooms. No toilet paper in room. Decor VERY tired. Cracked basin in toilet. Needs a refit. Not that clean. Cooked breakfast was cold - not even warm. No decaf coffee. Waited for 20 mins for a taxi ordered by hotel - it was one of their cars. Taxi stank of curry. No safe in room for valuables. Noisy.
