Not a lot, I didnt know how small the rooms were
The room size is not dondusive to a stay of more than a few days

Very efficient and easy to obtain a taxi to Heathrow
Disappointed with evening meal, had to send one meal back, then it was not very nice, in the past the meals have been good

I got a really quiet room which I'd requested. The bed was comfortable and the room/ bathroom were clean. As I was there just to catch a morning flight out , it was good for the price- which came without breakfast.
Front Desk Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. None of the Staff members smiled and seemed to be overwhelmed by the guests.

Better internet access would be a help - although reception staff were most helpful in printing out boarding passes
