The room was clean and the transport link to the Terminal was good.
I ate in the restaurant in the evening, it was extremely busy and there was not enough staff on duty, therefore, I had to wait quite a long time to be served, then to wait for my meal, and finally to pay for it!

Location, comfort, and facilities such as a bar, restaurant and access to a computer connected to the internet. Very good value.
There was a misunderstanding over the wake up call. Also, although the staff were friendly and helpful there were a few things of which they could have made me aware.

Location - ideal for catching flights
The quality of service in reception and the appalling cost of wifi. I am currently in the Ibis, Graz where wifi is free!!!
