Evening meal poor quality cuts of meat. Breakfast hot food was cold.

Found the single bed that pulls out from under the desk is dangerous for kids as they can get head injuries by means of the metal supports under the desk. the head room under the desk is very low and kids can bump their heads and sustains injuries especially with the metal bar underneath which is quite sharp.

My complaint about a plumbing problem with the shower hose was not attended to until I checked out more than 10 hours later!
