The bed was really comfortable. I had fish and chips in the restaurant which was good enough but the metal serving basket was not easy to get the food out of. Don't try and be too trendy unless it works. I was looked after by a lovely girl who had a degree in architecture ,(sorry can't remember her name) she handled a rather rude diner who treated are with indifference very politely. I was impressed.
Being elderly and having three pieces of luggage I was disappointed there was no help and I had to struggle to get the luggage onto the trolley which was quite difficult for me and the trolley didn't like turning corners.

We have stayed there four time it is near to terminal three where we fligh from the food is very good and rooms are clean and comforatable

Friendly, helpful desk clerks who were quick at checking customers in, got through the queues really professionally and helped with transport questions
The bus stop for the free local buses was some distance away, which wouldn't have mattered if it hadn't been raing so hard.
The pricing of the paid-for "Hoppa" bus is confusing - £4.50/£5.00 which leads to suspicions as to why. It would be better to have a single price
