We asked for easy access and got it. Great service! :)

Ditch air conditioning in such a Tiny cramped room. Put in radiator please. It was too dry and very noisy

I booked this Hotel for my family for a weekend in Glasgow and they just loved it. Hotel superb location, rooms lovely and the breakfast was just what they wanted. The staff were superb and they have advised us to stay there the next time we are through for the weekend as they enjoyed it so much.

Breakfast. Convenience of position to everything. Helpful receptionists.

Having to ask for extra tea/coffee etc. I know the staff gave it willingly but one had to go down when possibly relaxing in nightwear.

Staff were very helpful as I didn't know my away round Glasgow they took the time in their busy schedule to show me with the map I had.

Not very much choice with the breakfast.
