Good location for teh activities were were there for.
No air conditioning, air conditioner started leaking water during night.

Felt the staff were slightly stressed particularly on the desk. Not very 'smiley'. Did not mind the room not being made up until gone 5.00 but it did not look pristine when it was finally done.
On my first visit I had thought that everything deserved high marks but not this time.

It was in close proximity of the main shops and subways
The only thing was the noise from the seagulls (which is not really the fault of the hotel) which kept us awake.

The evening bar staff were excellent, i could not fault their customer service skills
If there was anything it was the scrambled eggs at breakfast - they were almost floury and didn't taste of eggs!
