Unfortunately was told you could be located off T4 - was wandering around for an hour before I gave up and got the taxi for the 300 yards - not a good start at midnight. Very impressed with hotel when I eventually got there - dig a tunnel and gety direct access!!!!!!

You can go easily walk from Gatwick North Terminal - we had to say because we've waited long enough, the shuttle bus, which is expensive (20 euros round trip for two and a journey of 5 minutes)

New rooms - very comfortable
You need to clearly state that the hotel is a bus ride from the airport terminals and it costs £2.50. It is called a courtesy bus and this implies free. No 24 hour room service is a problem at an airport hotel. Your staff did provide it for me but I was lucky that they were prepared to.
