Room was very comfortable.
Not very well signposted within airport terminal which made it difficult to find in the snow and dark. Having to pay for a shuttle bus to drop us back at the airport terminal was a minus.

We were in a room for wheelchair users, "lever" with no bathtub, and with many we do not need.

The location of the near field. This territory in a quiet, traffic noise does not interfere with

The self service dinner was luke warm. We had to wait for soup and when it did arrive it as barely warm. The chicken dish was Ok but my sisters pasta was cold. The diiner was also bery salty. In fact my sister refused to pay for her meal. We ordred more teabags and milk on Saturday evening at approx 9pm and after another 2 phone calls the next mroning we eventually got them. The reception staff were not very welcoming. Just got on with the job of checking you in - we were the only ones at reception at the time. Checking out we tried to engage conversation but it was a struggle.
I would recommend your hotel on location only.

The room was extremely clean and well presented. Silly as this may sound, my initial judgement of the 'room' is the bathroom and I found this very clean, modern and roomy. I liked the close proximity of the hotel to the airport and the 'eight minute walk' that was mentioned in the information was exactly what it said. However, I would have appreciated a little information on how to get there on the day of arrival. Once there, it was no problem getting back.
