Guests should be warned VERBALLY by reception that parking a car overnight would cost 12 pounds This is expensive.

Fresh cut fruit at breakfast and the iron board with iron in the room cupboard
I dont like the hairdryer in a bag of cloth, and, frankly no mirror to see your hair from the back while hairdrying!
Also no conditioner and no body lotion for ladies!

The kettle in the room was great. the large bathroom was also great. good sized rooms
The price for one hour of wifi was unrealistic and ridiculous. way too high

The price to use the wifi for one hour is ridiculous. nearly five pounds is a outrageous price for an hour of wifi

God aftensmad og morgen buffet.
Brandalarmen gik x flere ved midnatstide. Der var absolut INGEN information, selv ikke efter henvendelse i receptionen. Da alarmen så blev konstant gik vi ned og udenfor. stadigvæk ingen information. brandvæsnet var tilstede, der var angiveligt en kortslutning i nogle elektriske instalationer. Efter ca. 1 time gik mange tilbage til deres værelser. da vi ikke havde fået nogen besked følte vi os temmelig utrygge. Kl. ca. 2.00 gik vi tilbage på værelset hvor vi tydeligt kunne lugte kortslutningen. Vi valgte at sove til kl. 6.00 som planlagt ( med tøjet på ). Da vi skulle op og i bad var der ingen varmt vand...... På intet tidspunkt fik vi nogen besked om noget....... De unge mennesker der var ansat anede intet og stod undefor sammen med os i de 2 timer om natten.............

Staff and facilities were very nice
I have stayed in many off site airport hotels but never before had to pay for the shuttle. Also the shuttle did not drop passengers at the entrance but in the car park. This was very frustrating and would certainly be a factor in booking again.
