Bedford Hotel & Congress Centre

Hotel is somewhat dated and needs refurbishing. Did not appreciate selection at breakfast. Staff were particularly unaccomodating regarding slightly early check-in. Apart from that the hotel was fairly clean and room satisfactory.

Good accommodation, very comfortable and clean; good location, although expected to be a bit more "open" (streets in the nearby a bit dark in the night).

Room looked very used, needs renovation. Humidity through the wall at bathroom's place. Taps could not be closed. Dirty fridge.

Very comfortable rooms.

The first night it was fully booked and we were given a room on the first floor with no heating, mouldy out of order fridge and plenty of noise. Then, we were moved and everything was just fine.

THIS WAS MY WEDINGTRIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have been staying in a lot of hotels, but this ....... please don`t do this. (even tryed to get an ather hotel during the stay)

Hotel in convenient location, close to good restaurants, bars and the Grand Place. Rooms were clean but decor was dated, we were surprised that the Bedford Hotel achieved a 4* rating as our accommodation seemed less luxurious. The walls were thin, our second morning we were woken up to a baby crying in the next room accompanied by the sound of the showers being used in the surrounding rooms.
