Main reason for choosing Bedford Hotel & Congress Centre: Rate

The breakfast was very good and the room was perfect, with a lot of space and a nice matrimonial bed. The location was central too.

All in all. Final rate: 9/10. Because we has received a larger room ( Executive probable ) instead the Standard Room - please Thx !!!
The central heating system was a little bit noisy, at the low position. The medium position don't function. The curtains was "unusual".

Incredible noise in the room because of the cooler's ventilators situated on the roof. Maybe only in the upper floor ?? Maybe.

Hotel was fine. Could do with re-fit looking a bit dated. The beds are far to soft. Breakfast very basic.

Beds to soft, not good for your back.

Nice and confortable hotel

Rooms are nice, and the hotel is very close to the historical centre
The staff at the front desk was too slow, although they were very nice

The hotel is quite big, so one should go along a very complicated way -go out to the parking lot and then go in another building etc) to reach to one's room. But except for this point, the service was fine. The breakfast room is quite large and there were a lot of tourlist who are staying the hotel. The meal was good.

The room is big enough for one or two person. Very silent. It was very good price.
Quite big. That is fine, but a little bit complicating. How to get out and/or go back to the room was a bit confusing. Especially, the card key often didn't work well with some doors on the way back to the room. But once I get used to it, I felt comfortable enough to stay there. Anyway, it was very good price.
