Bedford Hotel & Congress Centre

The single room is extremadamene pequaña and furniture obsolete and in poor condition, the price with dual-use room is practically the same but the dual-use room is nice and wide but should be taken into account

This hotel was nice, clean and in a very good location. The matresses were not comfortable and it was a liitle noisy. The front desk people were not very helpful ( with one exception - a man who was really nice and knowledgeabe) ...As an example, my son needed to see the dentist ( he was in severe pain ) and I requested help with finding an emergency clinic...No one knew where to direct me...I went outside and asked a couple of people and they were able to direct me to the nearest clinic...which is WITHIN a 2 minutes walk from the hotel ( a very nice clinic that had a great dentist who agreed to see my son within 30 minutes- it also has a pharmacy) . It would have been great to get that information from the hotel's front desk staff instead of trying on my own ( luckily I speak a little French, therefore I could approach people with the question ) ....Also, the front desk staff had a tendency to avoid acknowledging my presence at the front desk ( in the US, representatives working with customers acknowledge them immediately with phrases like " How may I help you " .." can I help you " ..or "I'll be with you in just a moment" ). This is definetely something that needs to be addressed with the staff .

A good hotel at a reasonable price

Room not up to expectation. No mini bar and door would not open properly. Very run down. Would not return.
