The location is close to City. The staff was very helpful (when you open the card room door).

The room is quite comfortable and the staff very attentive.

Is a 20 minute walk to the center. 4euros A CHARGE INTERNET TIME AND 10 FOR STAY.

The room was a sauna, very hot and not air conditioned. It also smelled of stale smoke.

Unfriendly staff, not available. My key was not activated, I was in fourth with my PC and luggage, I asked to send by phone. the floor to send me someone. Not possible, the intake worker had 5 people in front of him. I go down with all my stuff. Nobody before him at his desk!. Tiny room for a prohibitive price!.

The room was very noisy, with windows on a big boulevard where cars didn't stop to circulate during the whole night.

The location of the hotel was pretty much perfect for my requirements, as I was in Brussels for one evening only to review a nightclub as part of my vocation as a freelance journalist. In addition, with just a small walk into the centre of Brussels, I was able to take in the city before my onward journey. The rooms were reasonably well appointed although I had a number of difficulties opening the door which seemed to be in a state of dis-repair and for the first hour or so of my stay the room was cold with no immediately visible sight of any heating, save for a radiator by the window. Bear in mind my stay was in February not July. Overal, the hotel was reasonably well appointed and the location was a big plus.

The welcome by the female reception staff member was frosty verging on hostile. I was made to feel unwelcome and unworthy of my stay. Further questions regarding use of the internet were dealt with abruptly & un-friendly, even the check out was handled in a similar fashion. The only redeeming feature in terms of staff was the very courteous porter. No internet service in the room was an inconvenience and the signal in the reception area was, at best, patchy. With a need to access my website & log my reviews, this was less than satisfactory. Despite the massive plus on the location front, the staff member(s) on reception severely affected my experience and due solely to them, I would not be able to recommend this hotel

The chamber 324 in which I stayed was not restored painting doors, limestone bathroom shower terrible. WIFI pity he is not available in the rooms.
