Bedford Hotel & Congress Centre

We believed that every room had a bathtub, so we were a bit dissapintet when we discovered that our room (969) did not have a bathtub. We really want to have a bathtub next time, and hope that we can ask to have that before we order a room next time.

Hotel too old, the worst bed I've slept, perfect location. Parking very low, we could leave our car because the roof crashed.

Excellent, highly recommended. Quality, value and great location.

Hotel beautifully situated. The room was okay, nothing more (huge corner office but bed more or less comfortable). Mini bar empty. Service staff efficient and courteous. So a room that fully justifies the 70 euros paid in promotion (breakfast buffet included: good and varied, but arrived early at 10am because they empty desks). However, the room in question is usually rented more than 200 euros which is my sense of outright theft. If I had paid this price, I was really disappointed and I gave a much lower rating. Still, I would return to this hotel if I, had again a good promotion ...

No air conditioning meant i was sweating all night and couldn't sleep. Good Location and a nice looking hotel but heat in rooms was unbearable. Staff were ok. The hallways smelled of old folks home

GOOD HOTEL. WAS ALREADY THERE FOR THE SECOND TIMES WITH FAMILY. GOOD LOCATION. Excellent breakfast.
