Location to airport is great and breakfast was fab
The design of the headboard was terrible- our son cut his head open!!
couldnt use the pool because of swimming lessons-not happy.
shouldnt be charging guests for parking. our bathroom smelt terrible

There was a trainee receptionist on the desk last Saturday night, I wish I could remember her name, sounded spanish maybe but she was absolutely wonderful. I had left my bag with passports and wallet in the taxi that dropped me to the hotel and had to track it down. This receptionist was most helpful and genuine in her handling of a frantic guest. Thank you som much
I found the pillows very hard and couldn't get comfortable

Nice to have a swim in the pool at no extra cost.
Snowing hard so "covered walkway" was covered in wet snow and puddles that we had hoped to avoid from being so close

Entrance and the fact that an effort had clearly been made. Restaurants looked great but we left it too late to eat there.
The room was very dirty. There was a lot of dust in the room (especially higher up on the walls and there was a stain on the covering blanket on the bed (the decorative one on top of the duvet).
