Location to airport is great and breakfast was fab
The design of the headboard was terrible- our son cut his head open!!
couldnt use the pool because of swimming lessons-not happy.
shouldnt be charging guests for parking. our bathroom smelt terrible

There was a trainee receptionist on the desk last Saturday night, I wish I could remember her name, sounded spanish maybe but she was absolutely wonderful. I had left my bag with passports and wallet in the taxi that dropped me to the hotel and had to track it down. This receptionist was most helpful and genuine in her handling of a frantic guest. Thank you som much
I found the pillows very hard and couldn't get comfortable

Nice to have a swim in the pool at no extra cost.
Snowing hard so "covered walkway" was covered in wet snow and puddles that we had hoped to avoid from being so close

Entrance and the fact that an effort had clearly been made. Restaurants looked great but we left it too late to eat there.
The room was very dirty. There was a lot of dust in the room (especially higher up on the walls and there was a stain on the covering blanket on the bed (the decorative one on top of the duvet).

Staff where very nice and helpful
the food was presented well
beds where clean and comfortable
will stay there again on our next visit to England
in April

Ottimo servizio e posizione per chi viaggia da e per stansted
Il cuscino non è comodo e fa dormitre male , dovrebbe esserci un cuscino diverso nelòl'armadio per chi non desidera avere i piccoli e scomodi cuscini che ci sono sul letto.

Perfekt läge om man vill ha en natt i samband med att flyga från Stansted.
Suverän frukost. Trevligt hotell.
2 min promenad till flyget.
Det blir lite dyrt att äta på hotellet.
