Enjoyed having a meal in comfortable surroundings. 0f course easy access to airport was great. Have stayed before andno doubt will do so again.

CLose location to the terminal, the hotel is clean and generally very nice
Worst thing is that the queues to check in are often quite long, especially when you have an early flight it is quite frustrating to stand in a queue for 10-15 minutes

The food is not very good ,it all looks like it should be but its tasteless and the service was slow it took thiry minutes before my wifes starter appeared.

The location is extremely convenient. The restaurant NYGB is the best airport hotel restaurant i have eaten in. The staff in the restaurant are excellent, just great personnel.
Breakfast is not available for guests leaving on early flights.
