The location was just what we were looking for close to Southampton central rail station
We thought the breakfast left a lot to be desired, we were the first in for breakfast but it was already lukewarm.

Reception manager was very helpful to sort out booking and other info about the city. Also rest of staff suppprted well when i forgot my t shirt in the room

Everyone was courteous and helpful. the room,bed, and a.c. were very comfortable; and the buffet breakfast was abundant and delicious. the hotel was well located,and we would definitely stay there again.
