Overall it was nice.
There weren't power outlets reachable from the desk, so I ended up pulling out the fridge from the cabinet next to the desk in order to hook my computer up with the outlet behind the fridge, which was heavy. :(

Lovely hotel which I have previously stayed at the conferences. This was a holiday and I found a superb summer offers on the net. You get great value for money compared to the "lousy" hotels in London - and there are very many.
A young woman of Eastern European accent was our first meeting with the hotel when we had to check into. She was not a good start. Unfriendly, curt, annoyed by the questions we asked. Luckily it was a lone swallow, but it is not successful, since the reception is the hotel face to our customers.

Excellent Location, clean, good sized room, great shower
Only minor points - Mini-bar was not stocked. Limited TV channels.

We liked that the hotel is in a nice location , just a short walk to tube station and high st. shops. A central location for sightseeing.
We found the corridors and room a little bit stuffy , it is not possible to open room windows even a little bit as they are screwed shut.

Very good standard of cleanliness, very white towels.
Good food.
