Conveient Hotel with efficient staff. Had a nice 1st floor room.

Nice hotel and very central. Close to the tube etc.

We were quite satisfied with all aspects of staying at the hotel.

Nice comfy beds.. love the linen. Great location.

Overall, your team and hotel worked out very nicely. Could it be better - yes! :) But then everything can be better.

The rate quoted for currency conversion was not the rate charged so this was a com- plete rip off.

Excellent location, in good shopping district with a wide range of restaurants and bars nearby. Initial impressions were good, nice busy lobby, efficient check-in. Then, oh dear, the bedroom and the bathroom are well overdue some renovation. The era of the plastic shower-curtain is gone. The plumbing was very dodgy, when trying to fill the bath, the water supply would without warning convert to shower mode, drenching everything in the bathroom, and scalding the poor guest trying to shut it off.

I stayed there for convenience. There was a cumputer breakdown when we were checking in the the receptionist was not at all friendly and told us we just have to sit and wait. I asked her could we even have a cup of tea or coffee and we were just ingored after travelling early that morning. Reluctant to stay there again.

My Stay at the Copthorne was comfortable and the staff were always polite and helpful.The cleanliness was excellent.
