Us country bumkins could'n't work out how to put the telly on !! No instuctions, no details in any drawers etc.After trying to work out how the phone worked (!!), staff told us there was a switch round the back of the telly !!! Time for a recovery drink from the minibar--no corkscrew anywhere ! More phone calls,staff arrived with item. Wine thoroughly enjoyed, as was lovely hotel and staff. We did'n't actually eat in the dining room, but have done so in the past (excellent).This was our first stay and we loved our view over the Clyde with the new bridge.
