Generally the Hotel was good, clean rooms and easy access via the car park. Had a pleasant stay.

All I would say about the Hotel, the staff(younger members) were a little bit not knowing what they were doing. Could do with a smile on their faces too.

Easy to find,easy parking, good room facilities

Me and my mum stayed as we were going to the Symphony hall to watch a concert, I'd been saving for this treat as I don't get out much so was hoping everything ran smoothly!! The hotel is situated in a quiet area, lovely coffee shops and restaurants nearby but near enough to walk to the busier main road where the pubs and nightlife are situated! The room and hotel is immaculately clean with very comfortable, soundproof rooms, all gadgets in the room were used and the use of a Mac was fab. Breakfast was very good, even though the hotel was very busy the buffet was well stocked and fresh and lots of choice for hot food. Staff were polite and efficient and very friendly. if I ever come to Birmingham again will definitely book in the Hilton Garden again!!

Lovely rooms, plenty if staff, well organised dining room and delicious breakfast.

I thought that it was unnecessary to charge an extra £12.50 a night for car parking in your own underground car park - might be nice to offer that as a freebie.

The welcome and service was great, especially in the Cafe Restaurant. I particularly appreciated the wi-fi everywhere - a must for today's business. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
