This is a comfortable hotel with all the facilities needed. Situated just off Broad Street, it proved so convenient for shopping,entertainment, restaurants etc.
Not too keen on the new in room flat screen monitors. The tiny hand set is very fiddly and whenever channels are changed,the sound has to adjusted; a bit annoying late at night.

The Location. It is handy for everything, but not noisy.
The air conditioning was useless and we were too hot at night.

For a city centre hotel it was very peaceful and in a good location for where we wanted to be!
Minor problem really hotel car park was full and my partner had to find alternative parking but didnt really cause a problem as such!

Everything! This hotel really has been designed with the guest in mind.
A very small negative - it's great to have a gym but it really was very small. Maybe a bit more equipment (powerplate?) and slightly bigger room.

+The convenient situation of the hotel and parking facilities. I enjoyed the food and service in the restaurant. The room was quite well appointed and light and airy.

It is extremely near the NIA where my friend and I went for a concert. We loved the minamalist style and thought the room was very comfortable.
We had to wait ages for food service late evening after the concert.
