Comfort and facilities were a great plus.

Im not familiar with the area, so it took me longer to find the hotel

The hotel was gorgeous and our room was fantastic. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. I would recomend this hotel and will definitely stay again. Thank you for making our weekend extra special.

Great food, clean helpful staff

The staff were so friendly, rooms luxurious, close to the NIA where I was attending a concert.

Generally happy with everything; air-con took a little getting used to; drunken resident knocking on my door at 6am followed by female shouting abuse shortly after from nearby room. Hallway took the shine off a little.

Dropping off luggage-need to clear taxis from front to a point across the road to allow guests to drop off and load cases-I had to park aross from the hotel, offload luggage and wife and leave them in reception until i parked in multi-story.

Bedrooms, beds, equipment in room, shower room, staff were very helpful, especially when we had complaint (see below), location, price. I'd absolutely recommend others to stop at hte hotel but would tell them to eat elsewhere!

The food in the cafe was poor. We ordered goats cheese and red onion tart, and fresh warm breads with oil and vinegar. the bread looked and felt like it had been microwaved to warm it up = it was hard on the crust and soggy in the middle - we sent it back the goats cheese tart was a round of puff pastry with some fried onions in a watery tomato sauce (not caramelised red onion marmalade!) with 4 small cubes of goats cheese on the top. It was tasty, but not a tart and really wasn't worth £8.95! We were polite with the very helpful young waiter, and asked for the breads to be removed from the bill - he told us that we could have complimentary coffee instead - but we didn't want a coffee. He returned and agreed that the breads would be removed. We weren't offered any reduction in price for the tart.
