Parking - none at the hotel it was full had to go to public car park. The fridge minibar was not working in the room - problems in resolving this ( they could not resolve it) and problems with delivery of room service. The aPPLE COMPUTER IN THE ROOM IS A NICE IDEA BIT THE QUALITY OF TV PICTURES IS VERY POOR.

The staff were very helpful, very friendly. They provided more than an efficient service. They create a welcoming enviroment and went out of their way to accomodate requests for assistence or advice. A credit to the hotel, and Birmingham.

Very close to pubs, shops & of course very close to the NIA where i saw a show. Will use it again next time i have a show at the NIA

No hairdryer, the mini bar prices were extortionate, £12.95 for a low grade bottle of wine is ridiculous.
More complimentary tea and coffee would have been appreciated.
The room was cramped, there was a large chair in front of the wardrobe, making access difficult.
The lifts were not working at the time we went to use them to go out.
I have stayed in less expensive hotels in nicer locations and have had better quality rooms and service.

Only slight critism is the size of the bathroom.

Stayed here many time very convenient for my work and reasonably comfortable and standard.Usually little niggling this take the edge off a stay
Room key did not work so had to return to check in desk
Shampoo/Soap dispenser broken so could not pump out
Wi Fi did not connect
