It is in a great location very close to the square and Menin Gate. The rooms we had were good and also inter-connecting so as we could communicate with our family. All staff were good.

As above.

Have stayed twice before - the breakfast was included in the price. This time it was not and when I enquired about the price it was 20 Euros per person per day which I think is extremely expensive. Suffice to say, we had our breakfast elsewhere.
