Pillows were far too soft, we had three and you still had no support.

First time visiting U.K, love the location close to shopping,food and public transportation.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff.

The hotel parking is very expensive, particularly given that it is so much cheaper in the next door public car park. Also, I would prefer to help myself to coffee/tea at breakfast,as it seems to take ages for the waiters to get round to serve customers.

Very close to town

Good breakfast, car parking behind the hotel, fairly easy access to central Stockholm, as we have lived with you, I think four times is probably the most good.

When we arrived in our room, we discovered that the air system was faulty, my husband is extremely knowledgeable in such matters (being an experienced H&V Engineer) but he could not persuade the guage in our room to stop pumping hot air into our room, creating an impossibly stiffling atmosphere. We called Recepetion. The young lady on duty did her best, but explained that the Service Engineer "had "gone off duty" My husband insisted that there MUST be a Service Engineer "on call"that is the legal duty of large hotels, but the young lady did not seem to know that she should be able to call a Sevice Engineer out in an emergency. She produced a free-standing air-conditioning unit, which we kept on all night (in spite of the unpleasant noise it made) & this made the bedroom habitable. Sometime during Saturday, the guage was sorted-out/mended/replaced, with the result that we were able to sleep on Saturday night in reasonable comfort. However When we returned to our hotel on Saturday evening (11th June), we had no clean towels. I spoke to Reception (personally, not by phone) and was assured that towels would arrive in our room immediately. Towels did not arrive. At 10.00pm, when I wished to have a bath, I went down to Reception again & insisted on being given towels, after a short interval, two FOOT Towels & two small HAND TOWELS were brought to me & my husband & I "made do" with these. Staff explained that they had been"let down" by their Laundry Service - International hotel chains should not allow themselves to be "let down" by a service company it sounds as if Holiday Inn Ltd have not been paying their bills to their laundry company & the Laundry compnay naturally took action.
