Sheraton Heathrow Hotel

This particular day an evacuation was also executed, due to a fire alarm. the evacuations passed very well, and showed that exit stairs and doors were available and not blocked. Doors i corridors were closed as part of the fire system. However, I think that the doors in the corridors should be reinforced in that respect. They are by wood, and not enough sustainable, according to my opinion.Change that.

Good hotel, good value

We had a great stay in London and spending the night at the Sheraton the night before we left, ended the trip in warmth and comfort. The staff was friendly and the food at the restaurant was great. We were sad to leave, but ready and rested for our flight in the morning.

Ideal hotel to overnight at before flying off somewhere.

Though the rates are cheap the Sheraton fails to state the rooms are under renovation,there is no housekeeping on duty in the evenings and my room had no towels or soaps which really are needed after a long day travelling.Overall had this been a 2 star hotel i could not complain too much but a hotel bearing the name Sheraton they should feel disgusted.

Enjoyed our stay in the club room, small but adequate.
