Our stay was very brief but everything was very satisfactory. Used very little in way of services and facilities - hence reason for a 7. Also the staff helping us with returning to the airport was very helpful and knowing about the 350 bus was very useful - it saved us having to get earlier than necessary bus back to airport. Information re getting to and from airport would have been helpful beforehand.

Very willing service personnel. Good beds at the hotel (down pillows!) And neat and clean.
We should have been previously made aware of that charged for shuttle to the terminals. We had no money left in the local currency and was forced instead to take an expensive taxi (who took charge card).

I may have missed it, but I couldn't see how to vary our room temperature!
Room was way too hot, and opening the window hardly brought any relief - - -and allowed the noise from trucks to intrude.
So, an otherwise comfortable room was spoilt in this way.

IT WAS NOT CONVINIENT TO TAKE A CORCH TO BIRMINGHAM, ONCE I HAD TO GO BACK TO AIRPORT TO TAKE ONE.
