Proximity to the airport. The room was small but nicely decorated.
Brakfast. Outrageous price for a cup of coffee and 2 slice of insipid, thin undertoasted toast. We paid over 15.00 Pounds for that breakfast. Next time I'll walk across the street and eat at McDonald's or better still I'll stay at another Hotel. I am mad about that.

The bed
A terrible cynical exercise in hotel management. Wi Fi charges outrageous should be freely available as it is in all other hotels I stayed in in my four months travelling. Breakfast buffet 14 pounds for non cooked 16 for cooked outrageous. Arrived after 9 pm no snacks available just overpriced room service food. I used the mini bar and then find a bill has been pushed under the door in the middle of the night I found that creepy. Air conditioning was impossible to adjust and so I opened window to get some air and was treated to aircraft noise all night. Will avoid your chain in the future.

Good location in relation to the airport and access U3 by free bus. It can not be that charges for 1.3 miles per person 4 pounds.
Yes. The room (2337) and the hallways had a run-down, very worn. Wallpaper and carpeting were loose or from / torn. It conveyed a feeling sleazy.
