Friendly and helpful staff - very comfortable room - excellent breakfast - good care of (in my case) a late night arrival.
Is it possible to put the sign to the Novotel Heathrow in a position that is much clearer? It is easy to go past the entrance just as you read the sign.

Handicapped accessibility in the ground floor rooms was very good.
Very quiet and clean.
There is not enough parking for everyone. When we arrived, there was no space available. We had to park with wheels over the curb - not good.
