Having been stranded at Heathrow in the December snow distruption we were booked in the Novotel and had to stay for three nights whilst awaiting a flight. The General Manager Michael Lucas was so helpful in this stressful time keeping a room open for us and even giving us his personal phone number whilst we went to the airport each day. Thereby making a difficult time bearable. Service Indeed. Mr & Mrs G Cunningham

Room had the appearance of being recently decorated although a little bit cold as the heating/air conditioning system was in the process of being refurbished but there was a letter explaining this. The room was modern and comfortable aned I like the fact that the toilet was separate from the bathroom which was fantastic. They also had a door between the room and the bathroom which deflect any noise factor from outside. The room service food was of a high standard.
Some Reception staff was a little offhand and not exactly welcoming or customer friendly
