Good all round quality of service and food&drink in the hotel, excellent diner and breakfast menu, give me an "all you can eat" buffet every time. Very convenient for the Airport.

The staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. My bed was very comfortable, although it did squeak when i got into it and out. The lunch and main meal i had whilst there was extremely nice, so much so that i asked them to pass on my compliments to the chef :)
Only the squeaky bed was annoying

The free wifi was slow!! in this day of all in pricing seems unusual to NOT include hi speed hook up at no charge

Convenient shuttle to airport
Yes, the mattress in the two rooms (2 different nights) we awful. The pillows in the first night and the mattress were both terrible. The second night we were upgraded to a better room but unfortunately, the mattress was still terrible.

Convenience of the bus shuttle.
The mattresses were Terrible, and the pillows were awful too. Felt like the insides were broken up pieces. Mattress sagged a lot. Did not have a good sleep at all. Will be staying there for one more night soon and hope to get a better bed.
