Friendly staff, quality breakfast and dinner. Good room.

No internet in the room, before you had to lobby and pay much (KPN!)

Friendliness of the staff. Breakfast Bar was generously filled. You can eat breakfast in a relatively simple yet comfortable surroundings! You're close to everything. It really is within walking distance of downtown, and Sluis in a 10 mins from Knokke (by car).

Only downside was, there is apparently only for 36 people held in the hotel restaurant. Upon arrival we wanted to book for dinner and there was no room.

This weas the 2nd time in Jort time I booked the Big Dale. The 1st (October 2009) times the room was not ready at 15:00. The 2nd time (December 2009) there were no towels in the bathroom. An absolute complaint, the mattress of the bed (room 127), this mattress I recommend you to go directly to fade (there dooruit stabbing springs, mattress is too soft, etc.). Pity it is also a fine, spacious room. The complaint was stated by us leaving but it will not apologize konder. Shame we have these experiences because it is potentially a great hotel in a good location. I sincerely hope that these comments you'll go to work and rersultaten also hope to experience them in the future.

Pay extra for dog: not listed in Internet orders! + Some extras like booking fee etc notwithstanding you have to do. Afrekeing by credit card: 2% additional pay: not OK

Window in the room did not close, room 108, there was someone watching, but he could not solve the problem. Fortunately we had a thick quilt!

Quiet location, within walking distance of the charming Sluis.

A very business-like reception at the reception. The breakfast was pure chaos. No fillings, no eggs, no tea bags. Not even a clean table available. When reporting to the reception, the receptionist stated that 1 staff member was sick. In our opinion there are 5 missing. People try it with a cheerless self Euro 15 per person for breakfast very easy to earn. We have at least come and gone quickly, I think never.

Location; good bedrooms

Staff: impolite; not supportive(f.i. first stay in the hotel, we ordered a baby bed; was not in the room; asked at the reception to still provide it; gave us another room: again no baby bed; asked again at the reception to give baby bed; answer: I am alone here at the reception and I cannot help it that you don't have the bed, this is not my problem. Second time: we forgot nursery bag; made phonecall same day. Answer of hotel: not our duty to take care of your things; we did not "find" it back.

Poor lighting in the bathroom. Remote Control TV did not work
