Breakfast (fruit salad, juices, various brown bread and an egg), dinner (half board) and the layout of the dining room.
The mattress too hard! Enquiries showed that the old box springs to be renewed, since I now had two nights nothing. Shortly after arrival (after 900 km travel by public transport) I had way too hot in the bar to wait at least ten minutes (even after request) before someone appeared to help me. Staff very variable in service orientation.

Fine cuisine and excellent service.
I think there is some lack of maintenance. As lampshades that have been burned (many in the corridors) or twisted (sharing) of mismatched lamps that have been screwed. Breakfast was good but Castle in Genval (overnight cheaper and larger rooms) was all fresh and roof racks for breakfast, the orange juice not from a vending machine.

The reception was positive and the breakfast was good.
The room was very hot, reported in the reception and there was indeed a problem with the underfloor heating which is working! Were also offered a different room so nicely.
