We always stay at the clayton when we fly out of Manchester it makes the start of your hoilday so relaxing,the shuttle service is excellent.

Everything the staff were brilliant so was alan the shuttle bus driver he was very friendly helpful and very polite and went out of his way to help thank you to all the house keepers room was spotless so was the rest of the hotel. The food was excellent and i am so glad i ignored the bad reviews as this hotel definitely gets our vote and we will use it every time.

Closeness to airport and convenience of airport shuttle.
I had a delicious guinness and beef pot pie in the restaurant. But why serve potatoes with it? Why not a salad or vegetable?

Efficiency. Car arrangements and obviously the nearness/lift to terminals. Staff particularly helpful/personable.
Nothing really. As someone who books by 'phone I found it difficult finding your number.
