The proximity to the airport
No welcome drinks (eg water) in the room or mini bar in your room. However, there are vending machines in the lobby. Two of the four teacups had Teeränder. No international television networks. Bathrooms should be renovated!

All very good other than the parking arrangement
I arrived to be told that my car was booked in for off site parking, this I was not aware was the case I then asked for the parking to be taken away, and as yet I have not received a refund of the differences.

We thought that your little restaurant was brilliant, the main one was being used that evening for the trip to Lapland "do"
we were amazed at the quality of the local food you produced and the waitress, I think was called Jackie, was just delightful. You have an excellent chef I think he was called Polish Michael who is obviously working with good ingredients. well done you!
Your car parking sign could be a little simpler, we nearly booked in to the one next door

All very well except on arrival. we decided to walk there but it was impossible. we had to return to the airport and call the shuttle. well for the rest

Ideally located on the Airport, which when you are an early morning arrival is perfect. A quick phone call and the hotel collect you from the terminal.
We had a room with a defective base on the bed which was noisy every time you turned over and therefore we did not get a good nights sleep.
