Nothing!
I froze to death, cheap blanket on the bed, bed hard as a rock. Asked for a blanket and took forever to get it and then placed on the floor outside my door with no notice of it. I asked for a wake up call and did not get it !!!!!!!!!! I almost missed my flight because of it, no time for shower or make up. lso my husband tried to call to make sure I was up and you would not put his call through! ,
Bunch of flippen idiots and I will tell others how you treat your guest.

I thought the bus service to airport was excellent and prompt.
Thought the selection of food was very poor in bar and resturant.

We stayed in the new part of the hotel and the room was tastefully decorated, clean and cosy.
I left my phone charger plugged into the socket and didn't realise until I got home. I rang the hotel to ask for it to be sent back. A lady rang me to say it wasnt in the room but she was looking at her information from 3rd January, I explained we checked out on 4th January and so far no one has called me back and the charger has not been sent to us.

Found that the shuttle times required were full. Doesnt seem to be enough shuttle busses at peek times
