Power shower was great. It was lovely and quiet despite proximity to airport.
From reception it was a long way to the lift and it was not well sign-posted. Met another traveller walking up and down the corridor trying to find the lift. More importantly, the alarm clock did not work.

Bed was really uncomfortable. Double bed which made you roll into the middle. Had really bad back ache and generally a really uncomfortable night's sleep. I have stayed there before but was disappointed this time. Seems to have seriously dipped in cleanliness and comfort.

Airport shuttle service was very efficient and timely. Rooms quiet and spacious.
Lack of soaps, shampoos, biscuits etc. A lot of food was being left in the restaurant, which wasn't very appetizing.
