The staff who checked us in went well out of their way to accommodate us and make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

The spare bed wasn't that comfortable.

Estar muito perto da estação de Comboios de Luton e perto do aeroporto. Quarto espaçoso.

Na casa de banho não tinha cortinas em volta da banheira

Sehr schmuzig,alte Einrichtung,schlechter geruch

Cheapness of hotel was a plus

Staff were very rude. we were in the bar on night, only 4 us there with a baby and a woman on staff comes out and tells us to keep the baby quiet as it is a communal area! the baby was just laughing (11 months old) not crying/screaming and we were the only ones in the communal area!!! also the bar was ridiculous. there was a big group of our family over for a couple of days for a funeral and they hadn't stocked the bar at all, no beer, wine, coke. all that they had was whiskey!. also couldn't accomodate us for breakfast...ran out of plates, mugs, coffe machine was broken! just understocked and underprepared in total but it was the woman telling off the baby for laughing that really got to me.
