Drinks on pricey side. Rooms ready for refurbishing, furniture damaged and tired looking.

The service was very good.
Internally the the hotel is a bit "tired" and shabby. Both rooms that we occupied had leaking shower heads.

The location was good, easy access to the party I was attending.
the communial areas were very nice.
The room was very tired & in need of a nake over.
it was also not very clean,. there were dirty marks on the bathroom door & the shower was broken

Bed was very comfortable & the room was a good size. Wedding reception meal was lovely.
Shower was difficult to use. The side sprays were cold all through my shower.
Breakfast was ok, but the dining room & service made it feel like a staff canteen.

I met some lovely ladies who just opened their hair dressing salon on Monday. Both my daughter and myself had superb haircuts. Well done ladies and good luck. Food and service very good.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpfull.
The room was very "tatty" and could do with a very good clean. The bathroom the same. The grouting requires replaced as well as some of the tiles that were broken. Around the window area again wants a good clean and the windows need washed.

Food arrangements i.e.being able to have same menu in restaurant, bar or room.
Though I didn't need them, supplies of tea, etc. in room looked a bit meagre and no biscuits!
