Everyone was helpful, professional and friendly
I was in Room 26 and it was extremely small, far too small for a Double. I stay in the Mecure Holland Hotel in Bristol at least once every week and the size of the rooms there are starkly different

Very helpful and informative staff. Food was a little expensive but location to London made up for that. Would recommend the Mercure.

Very comfortable stay. Ee erre ipgraded to a superior room which was very nice..
Check in very slow. Our receptionist was dealing with two people at once and answering the phone st the same time.
the timer on the heatong was out of dync. It came on as we went to bed
And we couldn't turn it off or down. We should have contacted reception as they would have adjusted it from there
