The staff were all very helpful and the food was enjoyable. It was convenient for our brief overnight stay prior to flying out early the next day.
The room was very cramped, in our opinion not really adequate space for two people. It was in dire need of refurbishing, being very shabby. The bathroom was best left alone!!

The hotel provided virtually nothing for free. Everytime you turned around, a hand was stretched out for money -- for parking, airport transport, breakfast, the internet. Price gouging too -- USD $12 for a cup of coffee and a stale roll? USD 7.00 for a 2 km bus ride to the airport?

THe television was limited in sound & could not be alter to a higher setting.
The air-conditioning was set at 21degs. It is controlled at the reception & you had to call down to get it altered, in our case it was reset to 19. I prefer to control myself!

All of it - very convenient for my holiday getting the early morning flight.
I found the staff extremely helpful when I wanted to use a landline phone, also in organising the taxi for me.

As a hotel for travellers using Heathrow, it is good value for money and the hotel was better than I expected for the price. I would recommend it to anyone travelling from Heathrow or lookinbg for somewhere to stay as a stopover.
