Good location for a connecting flight the following morning
Only one lift operating - considerable delays. No indication this was being attended to. We booked considerably in advance but still ended up with a window looking straight into the carpark. Cooked breakfast advertised but not available until 6.30 - too late for us to eat and make the connecting flight - which was why we booked the Sofitel in the first place. Next question needs a qualifier. Depends on circumstances. If similar to ours, yes.

When I arrived the service was great . I have no complaint on that matter
As I'm can often stay at a 2 star hotel the Internet is always for free . Why in a much more renowned company can't you offer free inter net I don't under stand and not happy at all . In these times why would you not its a service and people pay for a perfect service up your grim or I won't be back as the Internet is a major part of my stay.

Very comfortable bed. Very convenient . Great food.
Noisy, too busy and some Inattentive staff.
