We had trouble with the television and Blannon came to fix it for us. He was so polite and friendly very professional. He is a credit to your staff.
We felt that the bed was I comfortable as the mattress topper was very lumpy. Everything else was excellent.

It was quite close to airport couple minutes walk excellent.perfect place to stay before flight next day.

The hotel is in a realistic convenient location to Gatwick South Terminal for departure flights and lease vehicle drop-off. The meal in the main restaurant was excellent with the waiting staff extremely friendly, efficient and helpful.
The general pricing of drinks and meals could have been cheaper in the various restaurants which would stop personnel / visitors from walking around to find the best deals.

Great location for an early flight and also for using the Valet parking. Excellent food in the restaurant.

Hotel was good as we were leaving on an early morning flight, staying in the hotel allowed us to be on site for an early morning start
Lack of pillows, one per person is not enough
